We'd like to thank our loyal customers for their continued service with us.
Following six years at our current data centre and twelve years with our current provider, we have taken the decision to move facilities.
Our current provider has recently changed ownership and we have decided that now is the right time to move on
Information on our new facility
Our new facility based in East London is a better fit for our business, they have been proactive during our initial communication and through our deployment to their facility.
Their proximity to the docklands offers greater bandwidth opportunities and easier expansion in the future.
The migration to our new facility will be taking place over the next two months.
Service Migration
We will handle the migration for web hosting, there will not be any downtime or changes needed at your end.
If we need any further information from you then we will be in touch separately, otherwise you do not need to take any action

We are retiring our Xen VPS service and moving the services to KVM virtualisation instead, we have been gradually migrating from Xen and all recent reinstalls or new installs have been offered on KVM instead.
We will shortly offer you the option to create a VPS in the new data centre on your new IP, you will be able to run this alongside the existing VPS for up to 30 days, allowing you to migrate your DNS and any other services at your own pace.
If you need assistance with the migration, please get in touch and we will offer help free of charge during the migration period.
We can offer you two options for migration:
- We can live migrate the VPS to the new data centre, but when it completes it will lose the existing connectivity, you will need to login using the console and change the IP address or change the IP address before the migration takes place. If you can provide us with access, we can swap the IP address for you.
- We will shortly offer you the option to create a VPS in the new data centre on your new IP, you will be able to run this alongside the existing VPS for up to 30 days, allowing you to migrate your DNS and any other services at your own pace.
