If you would like to cancel your services with us within your first month, then you can get a full refund under our 30 day money back guarantee.

If you have been with us for longer than a month, you may be entitled to a pro rata refund, please contact us for details.

We do not issue refunds for customers who have broken our Terms of Service and have been suspended.
