We use a fraud checker called MaxMind to protect ourselves and fraud victims which uses many different factors to decide how risky an order is.
If you believe that your order should have gone through, or you have a reason for the system thinking that you are not legitimate, then please open a ticket with us and we will handle the order manually.
Sometimes the system can not detect your address correctly, or you have not provided a full address.
We will only look into this if you contact us, as we will just assume that you can not justify the reason.
