All Simple Internet Services LLP strive to achieve a minimum of 99.9% network and server uptime level.
Customer shall not receive a credit under this service agreement in connection with any failure or deficiency of our network caused by or associated with:
* Circumstances beyond reasonable control: including, without limitation, acts of any governmental body, war, terrorism, or “Acts of God” (for example; fire, flood, earthquake),
* Scheduled maintenance which we will give as much notice as possible for
* DNS issues not within our control
* Client acts, such as broken scripts or misconduct or use of our service in breach of our Terms of Service.
If All Simple Internet Services LLP do not meet the 99.9% guarantee then customers can request a service credit of:
99.8% = 25% of the month’s bill
99.7% = 50% of the month’s bill
99.6% = 75% of the month’s bill
99.5% or lower = 100% of the month’s bill
If you pay quarterly or yearly it will be a percentage of the monthly price.
